I don’t like to do this very much, but I feel it’s best to expose poor customer service and at this point unsavoury actions that infer dishonesty from the company Sticker You´╗┐….

To make a long story short, I purchased stickers from them last May and they were supposed to refund a $25.99 UPS postage charge, as I had been given the wrong instructions regarding a pick-up order. They told me through emails that as it was not their regular policy, but in fact a mistake on their end, that the refund could take up to 60 days.

After over 60 days had gone by I contacted them again and referred them back to original emails and transaction. I had been told that they had had a change of staffing and they were going to deal with it in the next couple weeks…this was back in August.

Since then I have emailed multiple times and even called. Since I was on tour in September I couldn’t take as much action right away, but did mention to them that I would be taking up the dispute with visa.

Might I mention that the product was only $15…and in CAD the order ended up being $50. It is not a huge amount of money, but as an entrepreneur and artist I know how to stretch a mean $25.99. That’s what we have to do.

At this point it is a matter of principle for me. I am not posting this to be vindictive or bashing, but I see no reason not to tell all my friends and let them know to be wary of this company and it’s clearly lack of respect for it’s customers. Now I have to go through the burden of taking this up with Visa and proving my case and sending all documents in question. What a hassle, but let me tell you I am a stubborn woman with extreme conviction and I will not stand for dishonesty.

Thank you to all other companies who are amazing, and honest and wonderful to deal with…you make me realize how it should be done!
