Join Piper for an immersion in sound. We will take time to sink into carefully chosen poses that gather all the props - bolsters, blocks, blankets, and more - to gently wrap your body in a soothing embrace. You will be led in very light movement, followed by guided meditation, allowing for the practice of rest to emerge. Be lulled into a state of deep release by guitar, voice, and other instruments. This workshop's aim is to quiet the sympathetic nervous system and allow the parasympathetic to take over.
